What compassionate people Chris and Erin are! My friend ended up in hospital after a fall in early December. He soon found himself on the wait list for LTC and needed somewhere to put his things. The units were clean had easy access and even had a nice smell. I was concerned for his many photos but the unit was dry and had good air flow. Haliburton Self Storage was excellent to deal with. The location was always open and we were able to move things on our schedule. When we needed a larger unit they were quick to accommodate and provide us with the first available unit.

Just moved out of our Storage unit after approximately 18 months. Unit was clean when we moved in and stayed weather tight and accessible for duration of storage. Was very impressed with how quickly the lot was plowed after a snowfall to ensure accessibility. Chris and Erin were fantastic to deal with. Very responsive! Would highly recommend this Storage facility! Also, used North Country Movers to move in and out of Storage. Highly recommend them for any move. Jeff and his team are fast, courteous and on-time!!! The service at Haliburton Self Storage is top notch. I was put on the waiting list for a storage unit and within a couple of weeks they had me assigned to a unit.
They have surveilance all around the compound, their phone number is right there as you drive into the yard, everything you need at your finger tips.
If I am in need of a Storage Unit again I will have no problem contacting them.

I not only would recommend HSS to anyone who needs 24 hour open access with a secure facility, I do whenever the oppourtunity presents itself. Many people I have spoken with have had very negative experiences, frustration with communications with and accountability from relocation and storage services.
